Opposing mafia groups/gangs. Gaius and his partner members of rival mafia/yakuza/gangs. Rivals, enemies - but they're inexplicably attracted to one another and keep hooking up in secret. Maybe they eventually are both ordered to kill the other so the sex involves a lot of switching between having killing intent and trying to get their lover off.
Class/social gap. Gaius as a rich businessman or noble and his lover a normal person (college student, maybe, or just an average businessman). Maybe it starts off with his lover not knowing he's rich and taking him in, thinking he's homeless or something, and then ends up showered with expensive gifts and a sugar daddy. Maybe Gaius is his lover's boss or a prince in disguise - the main idea is that he'd do silly things like send 100 crates of oranges to his lover's apartment if he found out they enjoyed oranges.
Class/social gap. Forbidden relationship between a king and a commoner. Maybe a king and a sex worker? Same idea as the prompt above, but more drama. Romeo and Juliet type thing? Or maybe something Phantom of the Opera-esque.
Warden and prisoner. Gaius as a warden and having hatesex with his prisoner (could be a prisoner of war and a king, that's hot), with lots of marking and biting and weird attraction/hate. Maybe it evolves into some sort of relationship and eventually they realize that they're totally into each other - maybe they don't mention it for a while because they don't want to complicate the relationship/think that the other person is still in love with the person they can't have.

( ᴛʜᴇ ᴘᴏsɪᴛɪᴠᴇ ) Gaius comes across as a serious and intimidating figure, especially in game 1, but game 2 shows us he's really kind of a dork under his massive amounts of responsibility and resting bitchface. While he might not always outwardly react to acts of kindness, they mean something to him! So things like hugs, friendly banter, friendship, the power of said friendship, working toward ideals, protecting, guarding, fighting together, bickering, teasing, touching, etc, are all good.

( ᴛʜᴇ ɴᴇɢᴀᴛɪᴠᴇ ) Fighting, injuring, insulting, malicious teasing, arguing, rivalry, screaming, slapping, abuse, violence, cursing, mugging, blood, mutilation, whatever else you can think of is a-okay with me. Xillia has some pretty dark themes (like sexual abuse, child abuse, emotional abuse…) and I'm completely up to exploring them. I'm also willing to PSL murder and killing and death, though that's something we'd have to hash out.

( ᴛʜᴇ ɴᴇɢᴀᴛɪᴠᴇ ) Amputation is pretty much my only squick. Otherwise, I'm all for writing fucked up shit. While I have written noncon in the past with different characters, it's far less likely to happen with Gaius, because it doesn't really fit his character.
